Protocol

Yoga sessions are private consultations focusing on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
 
I craft a personalized yoga practice for you. In ancient times, yoga practices were taught one to one with a knowledgeable guide selecting the practices that would best serve your health needs and spiritual development. In this venerable tradition, I create individualized yoga routines for clients which address lifestyle, health issues and spiritual inclinations.
 
Your personalized routine might contain such things as yoga postures, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and food choices. 
 
In the first session, I gather detailed information about your challenges, be they structural issues like a chronically sore knee or hormonal issues like  menopausal insomnia, along with other information about your lifestyle. In the second session, I teach you basics of your personalized routine. On the third session, we further explore your new routine and refine your practice.
 
Generally, after the third session, you work with your practice for 6-8 weeks, communicating via email or phone weekly.  At the end of the 6-8 weeks, if necessary, we meet again and determine the next steps.
