Journey With Yin

A 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training or Workshops to Deepen Your Practice.

The perfect blend of teachings to either deeply understand your yin practice, further explore meditation or coupled with a 200 Hour Teacher training, this 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Las Vegas, offers a unique approach to yin yoga that is one of body, heart and mind, but finds its roots in the science of movement and mindfulness. Yin yoga serves as a platform for self – inquiry; offering the opportunity to develop profound personal insight through balancing physical, emotional and energetic systems. It serves to nourish, stimulate and ultimately revitalize.

It is the stillness of yin yoga that serves as a bridge to mindfulness meditation techniques; one of the key focal points of this training, along with a deeper understanding of functional anatomy with course material inspired by such teachers as  Sarah Powers,  Paul Grilley, and Bernie Clark.

Kerry Treichel brings a unique perspective to this training, having trained under Sarah and Ty Powers, of the Insight Yoga Institute, Paul Grilley, and Bernie Clark.   This is an offering of a perfect blend of mindfulness techniques, functional anatomy, exploration of meridian theory and an engaging learning environment

This 50 hour training / workshop is designed to equip you with the necessary tools that empower you to deliver safe and engaging classes and provide a platform of learning for those seeking further knowledge of this ‘quiet’ practice.
